Project: Millionaire Matchmaker Season 5
Client: Buster Design for Bravo
Role: Animation, Animation Direction
While I had to get pulled onto a different project as it finished, I got to do some animation direction (and mostly let the excellent Mike Cahill finish the job.) Click the picture to see the full opening titles.

Project: The Great Food Truck Race
Client: Buster Design for Food Network
Role: Animation, Animation Direction
I headed a team of animators that developed a stop-motion look based on a shoot – which meant we had to match that stop motion feel in our cameras and effects, too. Click the picture to see the entire opening titles!
Project: Reliance Logo Reveal
Client: Framework Studio for Reliance Entertainment
Got to pitch on main titles for Red Dawn. While the project was eventually put on hold, it was fun making this interspliced glitchy footage of American and Chinese news broadcasters and advertising. Click above to see more!

Project: America’s Best Dance Crew, Season 6
Client: Framework Studio
Role: Animation
For season 6 of ABDC, we were asked to repurpose our old footage to create a new, more contemporary look for the show’s opening. I was responsible for 2d and 3d animation of everything up until the logo, which was animated by Dan Pierse. Click the image above to see more!

Project: The Seven
Client: Framework Studio for MTV
I designed a look for a new TRL-style news show on MTV. While they ended up selecting a different look, this came out pretty fresh (even if I forgot to post it for a while.) Click the image to see a gallery of my styleframes.

Indomina from Jesse Hallas on Vimeo.
Project: Indomina
Client: Framework Studio for Indomina Group
Role: CG Supervision, Modeling, Animation
We spent several months developing a commercial/branding video for Indomina, a new studio and releasing company. Our process involved learning to make origami, exploring a ton of ways to put ink on paper and developing a way to animate 3d origami-like models. I did most of the modeling, and supervised all of the 3d animation – and all in Cinema 4D.
